Lithuanian companies discuss diversity data

Lithuanian Diversity Charter invited companies to a lessons sharing session to discuss how to collect diversity-related data and be in line with GDPR.

 Participants talked about their practices and emphasized that employers should collect only the data they need, always give people a choice to either disclose this data or not, be totally transparent with what will happen after data collection.
