We work with rural SMEs in Ireland

Equality Strategies Ltd, Diversity Charter Ireland, headed to Hook Peninsula, a remote area, to visit a wide variety of local SMEs, tell them more about the DIVERSEurope project and invite them to attend a national roundtable.

What we learned, is that there is no local forum to discuss diversity and inclusion or to support each other in the D&I journey. We very much hope to at least partly fill this gap.
